✔ Booking Policy: All events are confirmed only after advance payment. Booking is subject to availability.
✔ Cancellation Policy: Clients must inform at least 5–7 days before the event date for cancellation requests.
✔ Refund Policy: Advance payments are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
In case of cancellation from our side, a full refund will be provided.
If cancellation is requested within the allowed time, partial refund may be considered depending on the work already completed.
✔ Rescheduling: Event dates can be rescheduled based on availability and prior notice.
✔ Responsibility: We ensure best service delivery; however, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by external factors beyond our control.
